Beliefs Training.

 

Pupose: Establish Health-Promoting Beliefs.

 

Your Beliefs and Values underpin all the decisions and actions you take in life.

Which is why they are vital for your Health.

There are three main ways you can acquire a new Beliefs player:

 

1) Loan Deal

2) Transfer Market

3) Academy Development.

 

But, first you have to make room on your squad rota by getting rid of some of the older players.

Those self limiting “Hooligan” beliefs that adversely affect the way you play :-

 

1. I am destined to get this condition because of my genes.

2. I do not deserve to be healthy (low self-esteem).

3. There is no cure/treatment for my illness

4. Nobody can help me. Or, I don’t need help.

5. Fear of change or failure.

 

The 3 key beliefs for a Premiership Health Manager are:-

 

1) They have to believe they have the ability to get into the first team. (Self Belief or Confidence)

2) They have to be open minded and willing to make changes depending on the game situation. (Change)

3) They have to be confident the belief is good/beneficial for the team. (Purpose).

 

Remember, by developing great Beliefs you also allow the other players to play better, so;

You can make Decisions.
You can take Action.
You can find the Energy.
You can have a healthy Lifestyle.
You can make new friends and Connections.
You can find the Focus and Motivation.
You can stay strong in Defence.
