Purpose: To Boost the Immune System and reduce inflammation.

 

I often get asked by patients what they can take to boost their immune system?

Of course, they are primarily referring to vitamins and herbal supplements, however, I feel an honest answer to this question would be; take a rest, take a holiday, take time to spend with friends, take a walk in the country and take a time out to look at your beliefs, to get the environment right for healthy communications, before taking any advice from someone who knows very little about your “true” predicament.

If you really want to help out the immune system then you have to learn how deal with chronic stress and make relaxation part of your daily routine.
